Chromium 87 does not work with Google Analytics, so if you presentation contains Google Analytics content, you must upgrade to a newer Chromium version to display a presentation containing Google Analytics content.

Upgrading Chromium on Series 5 Players

1. Upgrade your operating system to BOS 9.0.120 (this uses Chromium 87 by default)

2. Change the registry setting to turn on Chromium 120 through Enter registry write html widget_type chromium110 in the BSN.Cloud local or remote DWS with this command: registry write html widget_type chromium110. Image 1 below shows

This will turn on chromium120.

Series 4 and Chromium 120

1. , as shown in Image 1. This will update your Chromium version to 110, as shown in Image 2.

Upgrading Chromium on Series 4 Players 

You can test chromium 120 on a series 4 only by using 9.1.x firmware, which is currently only available in beta internally. We can send that to users as long as th ey’re they’re clear it’s beta and not recommended for production.
