Remember that subscriptions are allotted to an Account Administrator, not to individual user accounts. An Account Administrator may have any number of user accounts tied to his or her account, with any number of networked devices tied to each. Therefore, the amount of subscriptions you give to an Account Administrator is the sum of all devices that are owned by different user accounts under (and including) that Account Administrator.
