Root CA certificates are used by BrightSign operating systems in all components of the BrightSign system. You can see what certificates your player is using through the local DWS. To do this:

1. Access your player local DWS through a browser.

2. Add “ca_certificates” to the end of your player IP address as shown in Image 1

3. Download (or “keep”) the file to your computer.

4. Add an extension to the downloaded file (for example, ca_certificates.pem)

5. Double-click on the file to see the list, as shown in Image 2.
