The WD104 runs on all Series 3 and 4 XT/XD players. The minimum BrightSignOS version is 8.4.10

You will need the following tools for installation: 

  • Phillips screwdriver with a PH2 tip

  • Phillips screwdriver with a PH1 tip (magnetic tip)

  • 5/15” or 8mm nut driver

  • 8-inch (200mm) length tweezer with a serrated tip
