Play a PowerPoint Presentation

BrightSign does not support playback of native PowerPoint (PPT) files. However, you can export your presentation to BMP or JPEG images, and then play those images using a BrightAuthor:connected or BrightAuthor playlist. You can also convert the PowerPoint slideshow into an MPEG-4 video (MP4) which is supported by BrightSign players.

You can use the attached PowerPoint add-in to change the resolution of your slides, set a default folder for exports, and easily export all of the slides in your presentation to sequentially named JPEG files.
