Error rendering macro 'excerpt-include' : No link could be created for 'BSNEE Version Navigation Menu'.

Complete these steps before running the BSNEE Upgrade Installer:

  1. If your BSNEE Web Services node is using a self-signed certificate, you will need to switch to a certificate signed by a certificate authority (CA) before upgrading BSNEE. An example of a free CA service can be found here.
  2. Stop the following BSNEE services (the installer will start them automatically after the upgrade is complete):
    1. BSNEEScheduler
    2. BSNEESubscriber
    3. BSNEEDeviceScreenshotsProcessor
  3. Ensure that there is at least 5GB of free space on the C: drive. The installer will also indicate an error if there is not enough space.
  4. Ensure that the MIME types listed here are registered with the IIS persistent storage web server.
