1. Internet Connection
Your BrightSign players must have an active internet connection to use BSN.cloud. Both wired and WiFi connections are supported.
2. BrightAuthor:connected
BSN.cloud can only be accessed through BrightAuthor:connected. Download the desktop version of BrightAuthor:connected, which supports both Macs and PCs, or access it through a Chrome browser at bsn.cloud. See this page for BrightAuthor:connected requirements.
3. BrightSign Operating System
Your BrightSign players must be running BrightSign OS version 8.0.119 or higher
4. BSN.cloud Account
You must create a user account and set up your BSN.cloud Network to begin using the Control Cloud or Content Cloud. See Creating a BSN.cloud Account and Network.
