Yes. You must have one or more BSN.cloud accounts and two BSN.cloud networks. One network will be designated “old” and one network will be designated “new”. These networks do not need to be in the same account.

To move the player into the new network:

  1. Sign in to the old network which contains the player to be moved. This player must be accessible from the Network tab. Do NOT delete the player from the Network tab.

  2. Go to Admin > Provision. You must delete the row from the Provision table which contains the serial number of the player to move (you can’t add a player serial number if it already exists in any provisioning table).

  3. Sign in to the new network.

  4. Go to Admin > Provision. Add a row to the provision table using the serial number of the player you want to move.

    • If you have created a setup package, use the Apply Setup button on this newly added row to link the player to your desired setup package.

    • If you have not created a setup package:

      • Go to Admin > Setup and create the setup

      • Use the Add Setup to Library button to add it to the library.

      • Once the package has been created, go to the Admin > Provision and make sure that the player is selected.

      • Select Apply Setup button to link the player to your desired setup package.

  5. Sign in to the old network again.

  6. Go to the Network tab and find the player. Click the gear icon to access its remote DWS.

  7. Navigate to the Control tab of the player and select the Reprovision > Update button.

  8. Sign in to the new network and observe as your player migrates into the Network tab.
