Internet Connection
BrightSign players must have an active internet connection in order to use BSN.cloud. Both wired and WiFi connections are supported.
Client Application
BSN.cloud can only be accessed in several ways with the most common being through the BrightAuthor:connected . BrightAuthor:connected supports Mac and PC for the desktop client, and it can also be accessed through an internet browser at bsn.cloud. Chrome is the recommended browser for using the webtop client.

BSN.cloud requires the players to have an active internet connection. Both wired and WiFi connections are supporteddesktop application which can be downloaded here for either Mac or PC. Alternatively, BSN.cloud can be accessed using the Chrome web browser at https://bsn.cloud.
BrightSignOS
BrightSign player(s) must be running BrightSignOS version 8.0.119 or higher.
