To access BSN.cloud, you will need the following:
BrightAuthor:connected
BSN.cloud can only be accessed through BrightAuthor:connected. BrightAuthor:connected supports Mac and PC for the desktop client, and it can also be accessed through an internet browser at bsn.cloud. Chrome is the recommended browser for using the webtop client.

BSN.cloud requires the players to have an active internet connection. Both wired and WiFi connections are supported.

Internet Connection
BrightSign players must have an active internet connection in order to use BSN.cloud. Both wired and WiFi connections are supported.
To establish a BSN.cloud connection using WiFi:

If you have no ethernet connectivity, you will have to write the setup file directly onto the player’s SD card to give the player your WiFi credentials. Go to the player's local Diagnostic Web Server at its IP address. Make sure that the WiFi module is recognized there. If it is recognized, it should look something like Image 1.

To establish a BSN.cloud connection to a networked player with a static IP address:

If there is no DHCP server available to initially assign a dynamic IP, you will have to write the setup file directly onto the player SD card to assign a static IP to the player.

Client Application
BSN.cloud can be accessed in several ways with the most common being through the BrightAuthor:connected desktop application which can be downloaded here for either Mac or PC. Alternatively, BSN.cloud can be accessed using the Chrome web browser at https://bsn.cloud.

BrightSign player(s) must be running BrightSignOS version 8.0.119 or higher.
BSN.cloud Account
You must create a user account and set up your BSN.cloud Network to begin using the bsn.Control or bsn.Content (formerly Control Cloud and Content Cloud, respectively). See Create a BSN.cloud Account and Network.
