1. Internet Connection
Your BrightSign players must have an active internet connection to use BSN.cloud. Both wired and WiFi connections are supported.
2. Client Application
BSN.cloud can be accessed in several ways with the most common being through the BrightAuthor:connected application which can be downloaded here for either Mac or PC. Alternatively, BSN.cloud can be accessed using the Chrome web browser at https://bsn.cloud.
3. BrightSign Operating System
Your BrightSign player(s) must be running BrightSign OS version 8.0.119 or higher.
4. BSN.cloud Account
You must create a user account and set up your BSN.cloud Network to begin using the Control Cloud or Content Cloud. See Creating a BSN.cloud Account and Network.
