Known Issues

  • When flashing blue, orange, or green, the device may still be connected to the network.

  • Keep metal and flesh away from the antenna area because it will influence the signal strength.

  • Do not unplug the device during data transmissions.

  • This modem can only be used with BrightSign devices.

  • LS3 and LS4 have limited power draw on the USB connector. We recommend that you use a powered USB hub to connect the modem to the player(s) to avoid any power limitation issues.
