Known Issues
When flashing blue, orange, or green, the device may still be connected to the network.
Keep metal and flesh away from the antenna area because it will influence the signal strength.
Do not unplug the device during data transmissions.
This modem can only be used with BrightSign devices.
LS3 and LS4 have limited power draw on the USB connector. We recommend that you use a powered USB hub to connect the modem to the player(s) to avoid any power limitation issues.
